📅 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.

Note: If the returned item does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, socks if opened/worn, swimwear).
  • Personal care goods and beauty products.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards and clearance/final sale items.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to process your return quickly:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@anyforyou.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. (Photos are required if the item is damaged or defective).
  2. Get Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. (Please do not send items back to the manufacturer's address on the package).
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item and ship it to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

💸 Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@anyforyou.com with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right immediately by sending a free replacement.
