How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order (such as changing the shipping address or item color), please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer make changes.

I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?

Because we source a wide variety of products globally, items in the same order may occasionally be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. Please check your tracking emails to see if your items were shipped separately. If something is still missing, contact our support team.
