At AnyForYou, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how and when refunds are issued.
1. Refund Approval & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. How Long Does a Refund Take?
After we issue the refund on our end, it may take some time before the funds appear in your account depending on your financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Typically 3 to 7 business days.
- PayPal: Typically within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again carefully.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@anyforyou.com.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped by our warehouse, we cannot cancel it. In that case, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and initiate a standard return.
5. Sale & Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on clearance or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be eligible for a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence of the issue.
