Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at AnyForYou (anyforyou.com). We take pride in our customizable products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Because many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, our refund policy differs slightly from standard retail stores. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. PERSONALIZED & CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of custom-made items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products unless:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- There was a manufacturing error (e.g., misspelling or wrong image) caused by our team that differs from your original order submission.
Please double-check all customization details (names, dates, photos, and sizes) before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer.
2. STANDARD (NON-CUSTOM) PRODUCTS
For items without any customization, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [Your Email: e.g., support@anyforyou.com]. To expedite the process, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or the error.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
- For defective or incorrect items, AnyForYou will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.
- For standard returns (non-defective, non-custom items), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. CANCELLATIONS
- Custom Orders: Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the production process has begun, we can no longer cancel or refund the order.
- Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted as long as the item has not yet been shipped.
